The TUAT Alumni Association, established in 1962, celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2022. With over 50,000 members, we actively support both our alumni and current students. We are delighted to welcome you as new members.
Your personal Information
Upon graduation, your personal information will be transferred from the university to the TUAT Alumni Association database.
Publishing of Personal Information
The names of new alumni members, along with their place of study or employment, will be published in “TUAT Communications” Edition #107, scheduled for release in September 2026.
If you do not wish to have your name and place of study or employment published in this edition, please inform the Alumni Office by submitting the Registration Form by April 30, 2026. If no response is received by this date, it will be understood that you agree to the publication of your name and place of study or employment in the newsletter.
Furthermore, should there be any changes to your address or email address after April 2026, please notify us via email to ensure your information is updated.
All personal information will be handled in strict accordance with the Alumni Association’s privacy policy and personal information protection regulations.
Join the Alumni Association
All TUAT graduates automatically become members of the TUAT Alumni Association.
Active members are those who support the association through membership fees:
Lifetime membership: ¥30,000
Annual membership: ¥1,500
*International students who graduate from our undergraduate program and proceed to our graduate program, or who complete our master’s program and proceed to our doctoral program, are subject to a one-time lifetime membership fee of ¥10,000.
Please note: Students who have already paid the SANJYOKAI HI (support membership fee ) upon enrollment will automatically be upgraded to Lifetime members upon graduation. If you plan to pay your membership fee, please contact us.
